  • We have a No return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds 24 business hours, all items are final.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

  • All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges

 

  • You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 

 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • All orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing(not including holidays or weekends)

 

  • When you first place your order you'll receive a confirmation email and once your order is shipped you'll receive an additional email with tracking information.

 

  • Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your

 

  • location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
