WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- You have a 7 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges
- You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 payable paypal RockyKlothing@gmail.comBe sure to leave your order number.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
- All orders ship within 3-7 business days after processing(not including holidays or weekends)
- When you first place your order you'll receive a confirmation email and once your order is shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
